Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Payment for plumbing, heating, and cooling services is due as stated on your estimate, invoice, or service agreement. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and bank transfer. If you choose to finance a service through a third-party lender, that lender’s own terms govern the financing, and we are not responsible for how the lender collects, uses, shares, or secures your billing information.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) you provide to us and that the billing information you supply is true, correct, and complete.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment at any time before the work is performed by contacting us. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel before the work is performed, and we will refund the full amount of any payment you made for work that has not been performed.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service appointment for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccurate job information, unsafe conditions at the work site, severe weather, and the unavailability of parts, equipment, or technicians. We will let you know as soon as possible if we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We will refund the full amount of any payment you made for work that has not been performed if we cancel your service.

Refund policy

We offer refunds on services and products provided by us. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us by contacting us after your service is completed. We offer refunds for the following reason(s) only: the wrong product or service was provided. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason other than those listed above.

To request a refund, contact us with your name, service address, invoice number if available, and a short description of the issue.

Scheduling and service appointments

When you request service through this Website or by phone, the date and time you request is not confirmed until we confirm it with you. Arrival windows are estimates and may change because of emergency calls, weather, traffic, or earlier jobs that take longer than expected. We will contact you if your technician is running late or if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

You agree to give us accurate information about your property and the problem you are experiencing, and to provide safe access to the work area at the scheduled time. Some repairs may require parts or equipment that are not on our trucks, which can require a return visit.
